The purpose of CIBERESP training programme is to foster the exchange of ideas between accredited scientists and young trainee scientists so that they can discuss and exchange ideas about their doctoral dissertation projects in an informal environment. Not only does this exchange seek to improve the projects, but it also facilitates innovation in public health research and their inclusion in the health challenges of the 21st century.
The objective of this meeting held between doctorate students and senior researchers is to help improve ongoing doctoral dissertation projects and generate new public health research ideas.
The selected candidates have their food, accommodation and travel expenses to Menorca covered. Their participation at the meeting will be certified by means of a diploma. The participation will consist of a 30-minute oral presentation from each student before the Evaluating Committee and the other selected candidates that can be given in Spanish or English. After the presentation, a debate will be initiated with the participants, lasting for up to 30 minutes.
